A buy here pay here car dealership can reposse your vehicle if you don’t pay for it.
Before a buy here pay here dealer repossess your vehicle they will usually call you first.
If you don’t respond to the initial phone call, they will usually send you a letter asking for your payment.
If you fail to send in your payment via mail, at this point the dealer will reposse your vehicle. They will either hire a repo company or they have there own repossession crew to take your vehicle.
